I have this pdl GFS on my case, they no longer call me but they are automatically withdrawing money form my checking account which keeps putting my account in the negative. KATELYN2COOL | 19 Jul, 2007 11:02:23 AM hi jennee, i have 12 payday loans and i also live in florida. I have learned in this site that florida is a non garnishment state and pdl companies cannot garnish your check. I also closed my bank account on may and now one of the payday loans sent my employer a declaration of wage garnishment and my employer honored it so starting next week i will start getting garnished $250 till i pay it off. They told me that i can revoke it by sending them a letter and giving one to my hr dept, so now i'm trying to call a lawyer to see what he has to say. I also have payday ok and payday select and so far they have not bothered me. | |
