dreami@cox.net | 19 Jul, 2007 03:50:00 PM I was scammed from Hess Kennedy Co. also. I have 3 civil cases pending due to Hess Kennedy not negotiating with my creditors. They took my monthly payment for 11 months and never paid or negotiated my debt. They only drafted a few letters to my creditors and claim that all the money i paid to them was thiers to keep. They promised me that the 1st payment was to them only and that the rest would go in to a trust account to pay off my debt. They are a fraudulent company. I filed a complaint with the bbb and am waiting for a response. | |

I am in the process of trying to notify all my creditors and negotiate some type of payment arrangements! they put me more in debt than i already have been! I terminated my services but did not recieve any response from them yet! | |
