To all those who remember who I am....And to those who have NO CLUE who I am..
Things have been crazy in my life, but I want to catch you up on what's been going on, and why I basically fell off the face of the Earth.
The last time I was here, I had been interviewing for a supervisor position at my job. I was promoted to Supervisor in April, and hoped to get an earlier shift. That did not happen, and I am still working 4pm-Midnight. Work keeps me insanely busy, and it is very stressful. It looked like a fun job from where I was sitting as an agent..(call center job) and I soon found out that we do A LOT more work than it looks like. Even when it looks like we're doing nothing, we are doing something.
I am doing very well at work, and am doing very well. I'm even managing our Customer Relations agents, which is an escalated group..They handle the REALLY mad customers. I have never been trained in CR, but I have improved my agents so well that we are doing the best at both locations. My group used to be the low scoring agents...Now we are the masters...hehe I love them very much.
The last time I was here, I was dating/engaged to Chris. Around early to mid summmer, he decided to come clean with me, and informed me that he had cheated on me...More than one time...One of the girls he basically dated for a time. I had suspicions before, but I thought that's all they were. Then he told me the truth. I was stunned, and didn't know what to do. I was numb for a while, and then when I realized that I couldn't look at him without wanting to vomit, I ended the relationship.
Around that same time, I had made a new friend at work named TJ. He works for another location of my job, and we manage the same workgroups. That location is in PA. I had talked to him on the phone, and on instant messenger. (The supes use it to communicate during work instead of using the phone) He came out in July for our quarterly business review, and I officially met him then.
When I broke up with Chris, soon after TJ called me at work. He told me that I should let him come to Columbus and take me out. I agreed, and he did. We went to a nice dinner, and spent the whole night talking. We realized we had a lot in common. Before he left, we agreed that we needed to see eachother again very soon.
He came back out 2 weeks later, and we had a great time....And the rest is history. He is awesome. I can't even put it another way...He is the best. We have had a few arguments, but it's been silly stuff and we got over it.
There were many other things that happened during this time also, but these things are the biggest of them.
I love this forum and I have missed everyone very much. I am back now, and want to help people again. I love you guys!!!!

Welcome back Jessi Congrats on the new job, I remember you talking about it. TJ sounds great. I am very happy you are happy. I know it sucks working nights  I am also and it was supposed to be temp. but now it's perm.  It was great to hear from you again
