I have a real good chili recipe if you like the type that is red with ground meat and red beans. The Texans will dis me however. Its just the usual Browned meat and onions and garlic. Crushed tomatoes Cumin, chili powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, hot sauce. Worcestershire, a teaspoon of instant coffee. Add cooked or canned beans after simmering for an hour, thicken with refried beans and heat through.. Reseason to taste. If you like alot of heat add diced habeneros towards the end but please be careful not to touch your face, eyes or any other sensitive spots. Serve with stone ground corn bread. And lots of beer. Yum!

I forgot to say that you should way over season it as it will naturally mellow the longer it rest. It is really hard to make it too spicy. At least for me. And even more beer than you think you need. Please don't drive.
