I had called the 800 number posted on the front of the forum because I needed debt consolidation advice. My phone call and speaking with a CSR generated a new registration email and new password. So when I logged in after the call, it would not let me access my old account with my old password, and as a result, I've lost all my points too!

Hi Mike,
I see that my points are merged now! Yay! Thank you for your attention and help with this. I haven't received your PM though. Is there any way you can fix my name on my account? It is still displaying the misspelled one.

You can go into your profile and change some things around . . . . It's on the top right hand side of the screen. You should see "You have 1 new message" (for your PM" and under that there is an "Edit Profile" link. You can change your name around there.

Hi goudah,
I went under "Edit Profile," but I didn't see a section where I can change my name. Is there somewhere else this is possible?
