What I did do, was sent an email directly to the AG and cut and pasted it onto a new message to the pdl with a note at the top that said "Please see the attached message that was sent to the Indiana State Attorney General's Office". What the AG told me was that they would try to mediate for me, but basically that if the company refused to work withthem, i would be better off hiring a private attorney. I found a site from the Indiana justice Department. http://www.indianajustice.org/Data/DocumentLibrary/Documents/1055436780.16/0105payday loans.pdf You may be able to cut and paste this. There is some interesting information. Maybe you can try calling the number in your area. I haven't had time to do so myself.
