High promises… poor delivery.
The company needs to be more prompt and efficient in handling its services. I live in Lawrence and am aware of three other companies with half the profile as this one and offering better and lower rates of interest than this company. I signed up with the company but later came to realize that the counselors are only good at promising things, but they never live up to their promises. Infact, my interest rate was not lowered anywhere close to the promised once. The only thing that they are particular about are their charges.

Good company to work with.
The company is a bit slow when it comes to delivering customer responses. But, otherwise, it is all right. I signed up for a debt consolidation plan with them and this is my second year into the plan. I had $10000 plastic debt and the company efficiently consolidated my debt and drew out a realistic budget plan to help me settle my debts. Three more years and I will have a debt free life once again.

Provides its customers with lots of motivation.
The best thing about this company is that the positive spirit which it induces among its members. Along with their debt consolidation plan, they keep reminding me what life as a ‘debt free man’ would be. Thus, the company provides with very high motivational spirit and that really counts when you are desperately in need of help, both monetary and motivational.
