Weird people.
I went to the firm to enquire about their debt consolidation program. It seemed as if the people over there are waiting to catch hold of any prospective client. Also they refused to provide me with any documentation until I signed up with them. In total, the people over there acted a bit weird. My opinion… try other firms.

Shameless self promotion.
These fellows will first pester you with as debt recovery agents and then they will recommend their own organization to you for a debt consolidation firm. They are into shameless self promotion and once you will get caught by them, they will take the last dollar from u before letting you off. Be aware of them.
I replied to a help wanted ad for skip tracing. Is that a more sneaky way of saying bill collecter? Please email me if you have the inside scoop.

Bunch of jokers.
The company has all its services rolled into one. But at times it seems strange when you have to hear that ‘the documents have been demanded by the creditors’ or ‘there has been a delay from the creditors side’. It feels as if they are joking with you.
