I would like to know if I can tell T & C which creditors to pay off first. I want to pay off my store front pdl's and the ones licensed to do business in Kansas, because I know that can get a judgement against quicker, because they are in the same state that I live in.

Are you working with T&C now? Thet should be able to answer that for you.
