CryAngels | 6 Oct, 2007 06:04:41 PM Hi there, I have recieved a letter also from ERSolutions. The address listed for them is based out of NY. It's a collection agency. However, if you feel you are being charged unfairly, you can actually call the company direct. Just because they are working with a credit collection agency doesn't mean you have to deal with the agency. You never know who you are dealing with. Hope this helps!-S | |
