I am writing my complaints to the attorney general. Its asking me if I signed a contract and I don't remember and if I did, I don't have them. What should I do?

tell her you e-signed.that is what i told them because it's true.we all e-sign most ipdl's.

i filed 9 my friend,she loves helping consumers and putting illegal places in there place.

just put the result you want and she'll do the rest.if you are entitled to a refund she will do whatever to get you a refund.
even if you owe some she will make sure you pay,but not what these illegal companies say.sometimes you will get a PIF not a refund,but that is better than being bullied into paying more right?

I know. I am really trying to get this dealt with. I have made such a mess of this, I am to blame but I do know with these illegal companies, they must be stopped. I am determined.

not neccesarily,she does respond to every complaint.it's just when i filed mine 1 1/2 yrs ago the volume wasn't as big.it will take time,but she will go to bat for you.
