I too have at least 7 payday loans. One to pay off the other.Things were fine until Eastside lenders over drafted my account. Two months later adn my account is still messed up. I'ved since closed my account and opened up a new one. I have not given them my new account number. They paid back the Over draft fees that the bank charges, but they refuses to pay the merchant fees for the other returned items they incured. What can I do about this. By the way they said that I have to pay them for their payment that was missed on the 13th plus a $25.00 return item fee go figure! | |

Hi Have started getting calls from GEM there office told me they were the Attorney Generals office i have filed a complaint witht he FTC and need some more info they are threanening me to sue and could get my hubby kicked out of the military even though the debt is $4700 in my name and more suggestion? | |
