OMG........I am 47 years old and have never seen a mosh pit--until last night! Absolutely unbelievable!! We opened the gates and three million teenagers came running into the house--and all crowded up front, which I couldn't figure out at first. We had our biggest guys on security guarding the stage and three million city cops.
We started off with Cobra Starship, went to The Academy, Plus 44 and then Fallout Boy--which had pyrotechnics!! The only band I had heard of was Fallout Boy--and there were so many semis parked backstage that we couldn't even park.
The only other thing that happened was when a teenager came up to me and asked if I could walk him to his seat, because he thought some guys were going to jump him and he was scared, awww... Next week is Chicago and America, so back to the stoned oldies and weed in the aisles, lol...

LOL, about twelve years ago the guy I was dating took me to a Tool concert! There were skinheads there! I am very small, but I got into a pit. People were kicking and leaping. It was fun, but I knew my place and got out before I could fall and get a boot in my face! The worst thing was...Being as short as I am, people wanted to use my head as leverage when crowd surfing. That wasn't very cool.

And all they were doing in the pit was just jumping up and down, lol. Kinda reminded me of a million kindergartners!! I only saw one kid so wasted that he couldn't even stand up. The funniest thing was seeing all of the parents in the crowd, lol...who had NO idea what was going on.

well, next week you'll get all the middle-aged pot smokers! A lot of pony tails on the men in that crowd! Pay attention to how many under-thirties you see in the crowd. I'm really interested to know!

I've seen mosh pits at concerts that I never thought there would be one. Been there, done that. I like Fallout Boy too! I just heard them on the radio today but I would love to see Chicago. I used to have the biggest crush on Peter Cetera! Shocked

It's fun--and you can't live on what they pay out here, so it's great to have as a second job--as everyone I work with does. You basically get to go to concerts for free with a little money thrown in.

I don't know anything about the band, but I love the computer games Fallout which is where I think they got the name?
