Dear community members,

Companies threatening to sue us
There are few companies which are threatening to sue debtconsolidationcare. Since we stand and survive as a community we will like to discuss the matters in open involving the community.

I will put the threatening letters (including all the written conversation) under this thread as a link.

I am sure that we as a community are doing well to ensure the welfare of everyone involved. We will do all possible things to help the community without breaking any law. If anyone feels that the posted message is not as white as snow, then they are free to debate it in public to unveil the real truth. Because of increasing effort from the big corporate to silence our community we are trying to build a defense platform. Please participate in helping us build the legal defense.

Regards,
Vikas

Are they still threatening to sue us? And for what, exercising our First Amendment rights? Come on! Did they not open this can of worms themselves with their unlawful treatment of people? Sometimes, society really needs an enema.

Ari,

Perhaps, the companies were trying to scare us and wanted us to delete all the pages that were talking against them. When they heard the unshaken response from us and the community, they had no leg to stand on and backed off. Compare the dates, we are still with all the pages kept intact and there is no trace of them. Just think!!

Regards
Vikas

I am thinking. About how hard any judge will laugh at these clowns if they ever did have the sack to sue us! Come on, these companies have been complained about left and right to the BBB, the AG, FTC and various other government initials. Another thing, we never named names! Actual names! If one of us had ever said "So and so from such and such drinks from the latrine!" They just may have a case, but sadly no one ever did, so they have squat.

I'm sorry folks but i'm kinda new here and I ran across this page about these companies and I just gotta say something about this. First off we've got three companies whining that we're not playing fair, right? Well, when have they played fair with us? At least that what I see in these letters. Ya'll remember that kid in 3rd grade that always whined because someone said something that hurt thier feelings? Never mind if it was true or not they just whined if thier names were even mentioned. That is what these companies remind me of. As for personal information being posted? I know that no one would allow that to happen. I've seen loads of places in here where the MODS have had to delete something that wasn't appropriate and surely someones personal contact info would fall into that catagory. Anyways I figured i'd rather type this out then let my head explode thinking about it too much

I like that. I think I'll start a local chapter of that club where I live...I know membership will thrive, given the content of the club!!

There has to be something wrong, when there are 150 plus pages about a company.

VCR is leaving messages on my answer machine asking that I phone them back on (88 276-8209 and I think that might have been (or is) the actual phone number of bureau of collection recovery inc.
I log such calls recognizing their purpose is the forcible harvesting of assets with no concern for the fairness or well being involved of anyone.
