nco rep | 31 Aug, 2007 11:23:57 AM I work the business at 120 day credit will be revoked at 180 days charge off will happen and the r 9 credit report will be put on your credit report and will possably prevent you from getting further credit your best bet is to wait till 130 days and at that time a settelment is poss we can go to princple balance not 80 percent like thay say and will tell you thats the best thay can do even thou its not true this is about cap 1 | |
cbt | 30 Aug, 2007 09:23:22 AM I had a Gateway CC and had the same problem. I closed the account but it still showed open on my credit report. The number I called is 866-510-2761. They were able to help. They confirmed that the account was closed and notified the credit bureau. I also had them send me a confirmation letter. | |
