Millie | 27 Apr, 2007 04:31:55 PM Everprivate did this to me to, I just found out today. I would NEVER EVER agreed to something like that. Of course, I have been trying to get a reply to my online submission for a refund. They respond the same thing each time and it is a pre-written message _automtically I sent I am certain! I made 7 submissions today, and the same reply. I have filed complaints with the BBB in my home state as well as CA and WI (I could verify those two addresses for them) one in Everprivate's name and the other checkcash.com or something like that. God only knows how many more they own too..they are linked. I went to my bank today and filed an investigative fraud form citing that this was an unauthorized unkowning transaction. I showed them the 50 pages I printed from Complaintsboard.com. They advised me to close my account and open a new one because they can do this under any name they want, they have the bank info needed - if you arleady pay bills this way as I do on a monthly basis, how would the bank know what is authorized and what is not. It's all you can do if you want to protect yourself...close the account and open a new one..my bank did it and gave me back the 49.95 plus 27.00 NSF charge that resulted. I AM PISSED. | |

I never authorized this!...and all I see is a phone # that doesn't even ring when you call at anytime ...and I have tried at least 12 times over the last week!!! They somehow got into my account( whomever this not so looks and feels like to me a not so legitimate person or company...I want my money back! Please assist...My statement reads as follows: from check 9999(there is no such check in my book!) and then I see everprivatecard and quickcardservice with a phone 401-228-9832(does not exist)! with a $49.95 debit which they stole fromn my account....anyone out there have an idea/or suggestions?....all I want is my money back...never have authorized this! If someone doesn't come forward and just refund...I will have to report as a fraud...with notarizations and it will be ugly and messy...just give me my money back now is all I ask. | |
