For all the people referring the victims of these very unprofessional collectors as "spineless people that don't pay our bills", I have never had an account with Dell. I repair, but won't own a Dell computer. Not to mention you are not taking into account that this issue could be the results of someone having thier identity stolen. I think they should require the employees of LTD Finances to identify them selves when they leave comments on here. Best to ways I have found to stop this bloodsuckers, is, (1) You can record any conversion where one party has announced the conversation is being recorded, for any reason. If they use the old, "for training purposes" line, you can record the call without announcing it. (2) Just hand the phone to your 6 year old, or my favorite that my friend used, (3) Tell them you are consultant, providing phone support, and chargve $100 per hour, min. of one hour. You take paypal and credit cards, and how would they like to day. If they don't pay, turn them over to a collection agency!
