PORTOFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES CALL today ,sunday 5pm miami florida and leave a message to call them tomorrow because fleet/91 account.
EquifaX send a letter here that i have not a dispute with ltd 77074.i have not a dispute with portofolio either for the same fleet 91 account.the original creditor is natwest from 1995 last activity.

CALL MY HOUSE AND DONT SPEAK A WORD.
if portofolio recovery associates have friends
in the financial services that go to vacation
or tell me to call when willie is back because
they have my paper but "WILLIE IS IN VACATION."
IF NEXT WEEK THE LADY TELL ME i need a number
because she dont find my paper...
i send my papers to ATTORNEY BILL MC COLLUM IN DECEMBER OF 2006 AND PEOPLE FROM OLD ATTORNEY CHARLIE CRIST answer my letter and send me 2 forms
for ltd 77074 and PORTOFOLIO RECOVERY"ASS".
FINANCIAL SERVICES MAKE ME PAY A 20,00 FOR
NOTARY PUBLIC and i have the copies here.
i go to send all the copies register now because
the new attorney bill mc collum never received
my correspondence in his name.
i think open correspondence from other people
is a crime.i'm very persistent and i'll send
my complaint again.i go to tell the attorney BILL c
MC COLLUM i send a letter for him when he begin his mandate in 2007 and people of Charlie crist opened the envelope..
if is not a crime violate correspondence from
other people i'm in other planet that is not the EARTH.

PEOPLE GOOD THAT CAME TO THIS FORUM TO ASK FOR
HELP LIKE ME.
i'm sure many people have been abused and is
abused every day for bad debt collectors and
scam artists like ltd 77074 and portofolio recovery ASS.IF YOU dont own money to them what they want to recovery here?
if my husband is blind ,mentally ill,have a 623,0-0
for month and this account is not in his name.

i think this is harassment and call at 8;22 am in florida is before 9:oom is against the law.i report them

i received a letter from a lawyer yesterday.a private law firm.i was wrong nobody lost my papers in financial services but people did not treat me good every time i had called them.i stayed angry with them and i still angry with them.people dont deserved bad treatment when they need help because
they feel rejected and this is not good.they forget to fight for their rights.
the lawyer said about 1000,00 statutory damages and reasonable fees even if you own the debt.i didnt answer the letter yet.
the lawyer told me he found my complaint in the public records of financial services.
i think i have a victory today and i own to debt consolidation care golden diamond members.
the members of this forum are so wonderful with me always that i dont know how i can pay them and i dont think all the money in the world can pay them.
do you think that love for others have a price?

portofolio recovery an ass (18007721413 )call again and the tape told they have a debt to collect and please call them in another phone number.which debt?
the lawyer that send me a letter maybe work for portofolio either.

SORRY FOR i CALLed THEM AN ASS BUT portofolio deserves this name .i reported them to who called us,either.

PORTOFOLIO RECOVERY ASSOCIATES SEND me a letter today.
the letter said :
DEAR TANIA ALVAREZ,"THANKS FOR YOUR PAYMENT OF 150,00 RECEIVED IN 5-9-2005."
IN 9-5-2005 ALL 7 CHECKS OF 150,00 WAS PAYED TO LTD 77074.PORTOFOLIO WAS THE CLIENT AND LTD 77074 RECEIVED CHECKS NEVER IN MY NAME TANIA ALVAREZ(only owner of this account,tania alvarez) (150,00 X 7=1050,00) was taken FROM MY HUSBAND'S account in citibank.
if Portofolio COLLECTORS THINK they go to send letters again in my name telling lies and using my name to commit fraud against my BLIND MENTALLY ILL husband that is not in this account and is a
victim from ltd 77074 and portofolio recovery associates for 3 years.
if PORTOFOLIO WANTS WAR THEY GO TO HAVE WAR.
i hate LIARS!!!
oh,GOD THIS IS a charged off account without the original creditor name,last activity in 1995.
i pray to GOD FOR JUSTICE FOR A BLIND MENTALLY ILL PERSON.

Portofolio Recovery AN ASS call here and it is difficult to believe this people.it is SUNDAY,today!
PORTOFOLIO ,LTD 77074,ACADEMY and other bad collections agencies tell bad debt collectors to harassed non debtors to get rich.some bad debt collectors needs to tell lies to people
to get a better life for them.
if i have to lie in my life for a better life and if i have to abuse innocent people to get money i'll preferred to die.
