Company/Individual reported: magnum z llc

i didnt apply for a loan from magnum z llc and to my surprise they had deposited $200 into my account i dont understand how i could have applied for a loan from the company when i cant find any information about them on the internet. i know that this has to be a mistake because when i was applying for a payday loan i was trying to get a $500 payday loan never a $200 loan.

When you applied for a payday loan over the internet the company you applied with probably referred or brokered you out to magnum z llc. The site you were applying on probably doesn't actually give the loans themselves. Most ipdls don't loan $500 on the first loan it is usually $200-300 the first few times. So that is probably why magnum z llc deposited the money into your account, the company gave them your info.

Magnum z is a ghost IPDL. It is virtually impossible to find information on them. When I started to take out Payday loans I got bombarded with calls and emails from a kinds of lenders. It is scary to think that so many places got my info. Very dangerous thing to do. I would pay them off quickly and change my account if I were you.

I don't understand these PDL's. If they don't send you anything in writing how do you know what kind of fees and interest you are responsible? And how can anyone be held responsible? I have been reading these posts for a long time now and I sure would like to find a way to stop this kind of stuff.
If you don't absolutely need the $200 I would ask the Bank to reverse the deposit. I would also send a letter to your State AG .

I'll tell you what. If you find out this company does not hold the proper licensing, you legally do not have to pay them back.

SOMETIMES, with a PDL, you can find a phone #, right next to their 'deposit', on your bank statement. WithAmbassador PDL, I DO know they have a #, next to their name. You might want to look, at your account, and see if there is a #.
