please someone tell me how I would find out if I am due overpaid interest on th epdls I have out. I live in Maine. There are several posts in this forum that state they were able to get refunds...how do I look into this?

Welcome to the forums. First of all Payday Loans are prohibited there. You need to file complaints with the Attorney General in your state consumer division. Close that bank account and dont give them another dime. Send out letters asking for refunds and state that they are illegal in your state. Keep us posted KYSIDE38
