I closed out my bank account due to illegal transactions taken out from my account that I didn't recognize. They threatened to do a warrant and put me in Jail. Arrest me on my job or at my home the next day if I didn't have the money into them. They told me the pay day loan company and all. Can they do that!!!!! What do I do. I do plan to get these loans paid off, but I have no money until next month? | |

I was looking around the web and found this website. I am in one of those debt programs i pay the 55 dollars a mth to help distribute my money to each creditor on time. i have about 45 thousand in a car and credit cards. Do you think i did the right thing? is there another way to get out of debt without paying them to do so? i reviewed my credit and it still looks the same even though i pay them on time out of my account every month. | |

i just got a debit on my acct from this fraudulent company as well, everytime i call,no one is available and I do not know who they are...i have paid back the two loans that i owed and have my receipts. Where are they getting this info? help. | |
