Debt worth $14,000 settled
I am a grocery shop owner and I urgently needed a pick-up van for goods transport .My friends advised me to go for an auto loan which would have been a secure one but because I had to get it right then so I went in for a personal loan .Very soon I lost a lot of money and ran into a debt with the debt collectors calling up and the interests going up every day. I somehow managed a bit yet I had $14,000 to deal with .It is then that I read about American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc. and approached them .within a few months I could get off the debt tag. Thanks a lot guys!

Students can overspend now in peace
My sis had taken a student loan but it was never enough for all her expenses. She is those self-dependent types and won’t take a dime from mom and dad .Beginning of every year she ran up a huge debt with new books, CDs and all her study material .And then I helped her out against her will. Debt settlement companies have had a bad name and students are particularly afraid to approach them but I should say this, American Consumer Credit Counseling, Inc. are a trustworthy group and I had her introduced to these people .Now whenever she has a problem with the loans she knows that her worries end with one ring.

credit card default
I was informed that collection agencies have 4 years from the last payment to collect the defaulted debt. If not collected in that time frame, the debt will "fall off" of your credit report. Is there any truth to this whatsoever?
