Did you ever find anyone to file a class action suit against Mezey

I have just found out the hard way myself and totally agree with how crooked they are. I've been with then for just over a year and they have not done a thing for me. They never contacted any of my creditors and I have now been sued by 1 of them and they claim there isn't anything they can do except remove this creditor from the program. Like you, I have learned the hard way. Luckily I have only paid into them about $5000. I actually received a settlement offer from another creditor which they have more than enough money to settle with them, but I have been unable to get through to a customer service rep to find out what the deal is. I will be terminating this program and changing banks so that they cannot deduct anymore payments from my account. I would suggest anyone else in the same position to do the same as soon as you can. I will also be interested in filing a class action suit against them as well. These people prey on deserate individuals assuring them that they are legitimate attorneys that know the law. A company that changes firm names every few months is a bad sign. I have received 3 letters in the past year stating another company is now handling the debt program. Please keep me informed via my email address cinder721@yahoo.comthanks mcdarga

Is there anything brewing with suit against Mezey? I have pulled out of their services before I get taken to court and would like to see them pay for the scam

I am a client of Mezey as well and have paid them $6450.00 in a year and they haven't done anything for me. I now have 2 judgements against me and possibly one more on the way. I also received a letter today from one of the creditor's lawyers stating that they are going to garnish my wages. I am so mad and want to sue for breach of contract. Also, they are very misleading.

I am speaking for Catherine right now . I am in the mortgage business and when I was going over their credit, they were totally unaware of what Mezey had done to their scores. All their creditors had posted several 90 day lates since they started in October of 2006, because all they do is collect money, stash it, and never have any intentions on paying your creditors. Please contact Katherine Kennedy at her e mail address mrstkennedy@comcast.net and please copy me because I want to see this firm go down. She and her husband are very much interested in filing a class action suit against them with you and anyone else who wishes to join. Judging by the number of posted messages I have read regarding people's dissatisfaction with Mezey, I would think it should be easy to do. Please get back to her and myself ASAP. Her phone number 847-458-9302. My number is 312-664-5626 Ext 102.Kind regard, Peter Weinstein
