I just looked into your states statute of limitations on debt collection oral and open ended accts'(CC) are 3 years and written and promissory are 6yrs. If this bill is open ended and it has been over 3 years since you have made a payment on this then take that info to court and you stand a good chance of being released from this debt go to the website creditinfocenter.com click on statute of limitations. good luck
