Thanks to you all. The SOL was almost up when CACH decided to sue back in 10-07. From my understanding once they served us with a law suit SOL was no longer valid, But we were never given a court date and when I tryed to check on line to see if there was anything pending on our case file, nothing shows. That's why I can't understand why another lawyer working for CACH would send a collection letter. Doesn't seem as if they know what the other is doing. Both law firms they used are out of Houston Tx just didn't law offices. But what I have read about CACH they have a long sting at their beck and call. I'll check with county court see if they have any info. But if the suit just hasn't come to light yet in our courts wouldn't CACH's attorneys know this as well and what to they expect is going to happen if were waiting for a trial date, etc. Can they continue passing this from one lawyer to the next? I thought if your waiting for the courts no futher attempts at collecting are to be taking place.
