Since some of us (including me) have been a little stressed lately I think that we should have a little light hearted fun in here and some of us can get to know each other better. What does everyone think? If you think this is dumb, just ignore me.....how did everyone come up with their user name?

My name is for 2 of my dogs. I have three long haired dachshunds. My oldest is Sassy-actually her name is Sassafras Van Halen. When we got her we already picked out the name Sassafras and a Van Halen song was on when we were taking her home, so she just became Sassafras Van Halen. She is 6 1/2. My middle dog is Lucy Lu Mon Frer. She will be 2 tomorrow. I had no intentions on buying her the day I did but we fell in love with her and then I asked my mother in law to borrow the money to get her and she said if she loaned it to me I had to name her after her....my mother in law's name is Dorothy. There was no way I was calling my dog Dorothy. Well her middle name is Lucille so I said, how about we call her Lucy. So she became Lucy Lu. Don't ask me how the mon frer got started cause I don't know. Just one day my husband called her mon frer. The baby is Abigail Kaleidescope, aka Tiny or Little T or Abbie Dabbie Doo. She is almost 5 months old. She is a dapple and has a lot of colors on her face so that is why her middle name is Kaleidescope. Now you know how I came up with the user name Sassnlucy. I have been using that name in various places for a couple years. I know I should incorporate Abbie into it too but Sassnlucy is just so much easier than Sassnlucynabbie!!! I guess this was more of a thread of how I named my dogs and I doubt anyone cares but oh well..... Smile

When I was in junior high me and my friend wrote notes all the time and we used code names so nobody would know they were ours if they were found. Her code name was Courtney and mine was Leah Smile

! and I think this is a great idea Sass! I have always loved the Moon/stars and the nightsky. I feel really connected out on a clear calm night. So there is the Moon part and Danzer is simply the only way to get the name ......by doing a mispell on the word dancer....thus MoonDanzer! Also, is a little chosen due to my Cherokee heritage.....of which I know very little....but am very proud of. So there...gots 2 go find Tweety and get started on doing some music!

I wanted a name to open a website that sold eclectic and unusual items. I took the town Dogpatch that Lil Abner was from and changed it to Frogpatch. I also happen to like frogs and all other animals for that matter. I own the domain name frogpatch.com but have not had the resources to pursue it yet. Leah! Shame on you. I do not ever want to hear you talk about yourself like that. There are no losers, only people who have learned what not to do. Thomas Edison failed one thousand times before he succeeded. He said he simply "found a thousand ways that didn't work." I would not call him a loser would you? What you say about yourself is very powerful. It goes from your mouth to your ears and into your mind. You believe it because you trust the person who said it and enventually become it. Only speak positive of yourself and your life will change. I suggest you watch the short film "The Secret." You can find it on line.

My user name is my last name, family (I have a wonderful husband and two gorgeous baby boys) and then 16 which is my husbands soccer number and 04 which is my soccer number.

Mine is from high school I had a little car back then and everybody called me puddlejumper because of my car then we were into the cb thing so they gave me that handle. Everybody used to say that I would drown in a rain puddle because my car was so small lol. So thats how puddlejmpr came about.
