Hi everyone! I am brand new to this, came across it when I thought all hope was lost. Now there may be light at the end of the tunnel? I live in MN and have 8 current pdl's out there. My entire checks are being eaten up and I can't keep up on my mortgage. The very first one I took was a mistake, from then on I kept taking more & more to keep up on my other bills. Big mistake, it has all caught up with me. I have not had anyone calling me, all payments have been made. But I can't afford to pay them off to get rid of the fees! Please help me, angels! Here is my list....Netcash USA $500 taken out, have paid $1505. Apple Fastcash $500 taken out, have paid $1025. Web Payday $500 taken out, have paid $563. Impact Cash $300 taken out, have paid $390. BIG $200 taken out, have paid $290. Cashnet USA $500 taken out, have paid 125. US Fastcash $350 taken out, have paid $315. Capital Funding Express $300 taken out, have paid $90. Where do I begin? Please walk me through this!!

These are the laws for your state. By the looks of things , it appears that some of your loans are way overpaid. Are all of these internet?

Minnesota is one of those state's that allows pdl's licensed in other state's to operate there, and they would need to follow the laws of the state they are licensed in.

Lookks like you have paid off 5 of your loans already. Some you may be due refunds on.
please read the sticky on the top of the pay day loan page, and if possible you will need to close your account asap so these companies can not debit any more of your money

Even though I've paid the balances off, it's been in fees.

Kash - MN allows pdl's to follow the laws of the state they are licensed in. MN laws would not apply, unless the company is actually licensed there.
