The company seemed more interested in dealing with debt of firms than of the individuals. I went to their office for their service information and was made to wait for over an hour. Later, the counselor’s face showed disappointment when I clarified that my debt falls under the category of individual debt. What seems surprising is that their sign-up agreement contains clauses about which them themselves have no knowledge of. The counselor could not even explain properly his company policy regarding creditors and debtors. What I suspect is that, these people buy off debts from the creditors and then cash in on it in the debt of debt settlement.

Nothing commendable about them. It’s a company which does not provide its customer anything to brag about. The counselors here also do not show much enthusiasm about their customers’ problems. What I feel is that this company should start an appraisal system among its employees and weed out the non-performing ones. Though I have nothing to complain, yet somehow I do not feel satisfied, because my interest rate has not been properly dealt with and there has been just a mild deduction. To any person who would like to sign up for its services, I would advise to sign up with some other company who has a bit of human element in it.
