Please read this link it will give you an idea on the PDL laws for Missouri: Missouri State Information here http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...pdls-laws.html

In order for you to gain control over your finances first of all you need to close your checking account. You need to read this post before doing so also: http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...e-account.html.

Closing your account will put you back in control of your financial situation and let you control how much you can pay back at one time.

You need to contact the store fronts as they are most likely operating legally and can and will sue you if you don't make payment arrangements with them. Make realistic payment arrangements with them that you can afford.

You really should become a registered member and will be entitled to a free consultation. That way you will know for sure what your options are.

Ladybug is right- you need to go to the pdl places in person, and see what you can work out with them

My store fronts worked with me when I went in and explained my financial situation, and that I wanted to pay these off, but it was beoming difficult to do so.

The store front ones here will work with you, but if you don't pay, they take you to court, so it's important to get these dealt with.

Feel free to ask questions, and to post..Karen
