 Monika | 30 Aug, 2007 11:27:20 AM go to www.everprivate.com. demand them to refund your money. threaten them with filing complaints against them (but actually do it). file complaints with the BBB, Attorney Generals Office in CA and the FTC. But I have to warn you that once you get the money back, they will mail you a check and then put a stop payment on it like they did to me. So I demanded that they fax me a copy of a letter from their bank (New Dominion) showing the stop payment that they initiated. I haven't heard from them since. So I sent an angry e-mail to the fraud department at New Dominion and told them that they have a shady, fraudulent company for a client. | |

Guest | 21 May, 2007 06:17:44 AM I have been scammed by this EverPrivate Card I never signed up for such a card and I never gave them the authorization to go into my bank account to take any Mone at all . I found that they went into my account and took 49.95 out without my authorization. I was tricked into a scam E-mail that I was pre-approved for a payday loan and all they neede3d was my Bank information. Not knowing that they were giving my information to these fly by night so call lending institution set up only on the internet just for the sole purpose of taking money for the poor and needy to fill their pocket with peoples money who are on a fixed income. I responded to the e-mail because I thought I might be able to get some needed funds until my next check. Instead I got Money taken out of my account causing me an overdraft for that time of the month qand they also asked when my next pay was so tht gave them the opportinity to go back in after they caused me an overdraft and they still withdrew 49.95 from my account after I told them that I was not interested in getting ther so call EverPrivate Call which i DO NOT NEED BECAUSE i ALREADY HAVE A DEBIT CHECK CARD. I would not need another prepaid cash card especially at the rate of 49.95. this is suppose to be a life" time fee" like i already said I have a card with my bank and it does the same thing tat they are saying that this EverPrivate Card is suppose to do except I didn't have to pay 49.95 for it. I asked for a refund of my 49.95 I have not received it yet. I will find a way to stop this kind of fraudalent practices which take advantage of the poor and needy. | |
