I have been very curious about this too. Can't seem to find a review anywhere for the credit card solution. I'll let you know what I come up with thought.

Its a scam. Its the same type scam that Federal debt relief Systems claims. There program is known as Debt Termination or Debt Invalidation. The scam is based on the bogus "no money lent" argument, where the claim is made that credit card banks cannot loan money legally. I know it sounds retarded but these scammers claim that credit card banks are actually operating illegally, and so you never really borrowed any money when you used your credit cards! Therefore, you don't really need to pay anything back. It sounds too good to be true because it is. Their debt elimination techniques they are using simply do not work. The creditors hate this scam, and they come down hard on you for trying to defraud them by trying to use this bogus "no money lent" system.Their legal theories are total nonsense, and the courts do not recognize their ridiculous arguments. The only thing these debt termination companies will do for you is take your money and get you sued into oblivion.

P.S. Do some research on New Leaf Associates in Florida and Liberty Resources in Ohio. These companies were shut down their state attorney generals for this same scam.

I have thoroughly explored their website. It seems that they actually end up suing collection agencies under the fdcpa to get them to cancel your debts, not the credit card companies. It may still be a scam, but it doesn't sound like the same thing as these other debt elimination scams. Any thoughts or information?

They're part of the same CCDN scam that's all over the internet. Ask them what happens if they have no basis to sue a collection agency.

From what I have heard from speaking with former FDRS employees ,CCDN or Credit Collections Defense Network is affiliated with federal debt relief system. They basically do the back end work for FDRS.

I am a client with Bob Lindsey and The Credit Card Solution. I have found that if you follow his program as instructed it WORKS! Mr. Lindsey has always answered all my questions and has been true to his word. I highly recommend his services if you find yourself in the same position I was in with over $90K in debt and a single mom struggling, there is a way out!

Bob Lindsey is a major scam artist. His company has like 3 people NO lawyers and NO paralegals. Lindsey is charging people $6000 up front to send out a few dispute letters. Do yourself a favor before you sign up ask Bob Lindsey if he has a paralegal and if he says yes ask him to provide you with the paralegals licensing information! You also might want to ask Bob Lindsey what his credentials are and how it is that an amateur non lawyer like him is able to convince licensed attorneys to associate with him......seems like it would be a major breach of ethics for licensed attorneys to commingle their services with Lindsey??

Yes, Legal Debt Cure is run by the crooks at CCDN (Credit Collections Defense Network). If you're looking to get out of debt, DO NOT contact these people. They want nothing more than to take whatever money they can from you and provide you NOTHING to assist with your situation. Stories and information regarding these fools can be found at www.ccdnscam.com

If you're a victim of CCDN, contact an attorney immediatley.
