So should something happen and one of these companies tries to put something through, please show this to your employer. The law state that it is up to the employer if they want to honor it or not.

They are licensed under the name Cash America Net of Montana, license number 252.
I know that Nationwide is licensed in New Mexico. So if Montana allows companies to be licensed in other states, they would be legal. I'm trying to get some clarification on that now. The new law doesn't go into effect until Oct 1, 2007, so it wouldn't apply to this situation. |

lb, close your bank account. Read the "sticky" information at the top. Post ANY questions regarding closing your account. When are your pdl's due to hit again? CashNetUSA is the only licensed pdl. The others are all unlicensed/illegal. I've got your totals.
PayCheckToday - borrowed 200/paid 525/OVERPAID 325 Loan Shoppe - borrowed 200/paid 360/OVERPAID 160 USFastCash - borrowed 350/paid 575/OVERPAID 225 500FastCash - borrowed 300/paid 270/ OWE 30BIG - borrowed 200/paid 225/OVERPAID 25 Nationwide - borrowed 200/paid 60/OWE 140 Impact - borrowed 200/paid 60/OWE 140 Cash Transfer - borrowed 300/paid 0/OWE 300 FastWire - borrowed 300/paid 0/OWE 300 CashNetUSA - borrowed 200 - paid 0 - let me look into this one further......... |

I would tell them that you are working with the Dept of Banking to stop these illegal companies from taking anymore money. Stress illegal. Tell them you have revoked authrozation for them to debit the account. Type up some letters, date them last week, and take them with you to the bank as proof. Tell them that you have some checks coming through, but you need to block these illegal companies from taking any more money. Tell them stop payments won't work as each company has several dba's and will just debit under another name. They may be able to do an ach block.

I need for you to do the revoke of wage assignment for BIG also! Just noticed that one, too! Geesh! Do the same thing you did for BIG that you did for Cash Transfers!
I'm leaving work & going home. I'll be back on. But do this letter to BIG also, now! Hang on and I'll be back! |

Ok, so I didn't make it to my bank today, but I am going first thing in the morning. Wish me luck. I will check this before I go if anyone was any last minute suggestion or answers to any of my questions. Because I work tomorrow I won't be on until late after that.

lb, just to cover your butt fax/email/mail the wage assignment revoke letter. I did it all. Everything I did, I faxed/emailed/mailed. I would definately put a copy in the mail for them. Keep a copy for yourself. Give a copy to your payroll person. Do you have any other questions?
