Trying (unsuccessfully) to look up something, I came across an interesting collection atty's site. This guy seems to have a fair and balanced (not the Fox News version) approach to debt/credit/collections.
Although, he did consider the FDCPA/FCRA a nusince, which is interesting, as they represent consumers against CA abuse...
