 2nband | 3 Apr, 2007 10:26:01 AM Thanks...I am in NC, ex is in TN, and divorce was in VA. My son right now I am not so worried about. He is planning on going into the AF this fall. My daughter starts HS in Aug of this year. She will turn 18 toward the start of her Senior year (her b-day is in Sept), so that will leave a whole year of her being in HS. That is why I have to check on things to make sure he has to pay during the year. Thanks though, I will make sure I check state laws | |
