Also: I notice that since I've taken out the loan, I am getting incessant anonymous calls to my work and personal phones, even on weekends! I was going to choose the extended payment option but I can't endure this kind of harassment. I'm getting rid of this loan asap!!!

MTE is a bad, bad company. Someone will be along to answer all your questions. Guest also, I would recommend that you dont do business with any payday company, they can wipe you out financially. I was so afraid of them I paid them and closed my account anyway because it freaked me out that they had and shared my bank info, ss#, phone numbers and address. Scary to think that when we are desperate during trying times we offer up all of this private info.

Thanks stargzr. I've already noticed that they've shared my information with other people... I'm in disbelief that I'm going through this. I can't believe this is somehow LEGAL? Is it??? I will say one thing: they (whatever 'they' call themselves) have taught me to NEVER EVER EVER do a payday loan again!

I'm trying to contact MTE Financial so I can pay my loan in full. You have taken 90.00 out of my account twice. My loan was 300 and to pay it off is 390. You already taken 180. I'm paying to much for a 300 dollar loan.

This is not a payday loan company, this is a message forum.

We did not take any money from you. Please read the posts above for info on how to contact them.

I have called that 866 number and get a fax line. The only way that I can stop them from continued debits from my account is to freeze my checking account. This is rediculous. I have other obligations that are auto-maticly paid out of my account. I have got my bank looking into it, and a claim but it will take a while. What else should I do? The loan was for $300 and so far they have taken over $700.

Close the account. I too, have 7 "legal" ACH debits go through my account each month. I also have two sources of income direct deposited. I closed my accounts this morning. I will spend all next week calling people to change account numbers and deposits. If they have a problem with it, too bad. It's better they wait a bit for thier debits, rather than never getting them at all due to the "snakes" taking every penny of it.

Do everything to pay this loan back asap...Get this I borrowed 400 in october 2007. It is now 2/19. Each payday MTE Financial took out their fee's alright. It is my own fault I didnt have the extra 400 bills to pay them so I let them refinance me. After my last payment to them next week, the 400usd loan ended up being 870usd. Try getting ahold of them, took me all day. Their number in case anyone else has this problem 866-859-6129. PITA

What are you asking? Do you have an MTE related pdl and you can't contact them? Or are you asking for MTE's direct number? If you could clarify, I'm sure we can get an answer for you.
