It seems to me that with all of the problems people have with MTE related companies, SOMETHING should be able to be done. I have also filed a complaint about ameriloan with the BBB. Received one reply which was not entirely accurate, sent off an answer to that and am waiting for the second response (if I ever get one). Surely in this country something could be done to put these people out of business. I would be willing to help if someone could come up with a plan. I have just read through nine pages of postings on these companies this morning and it seem unbelievable that so many people are having this much trouble.

ROBINLYNN27, which one of MTE's d/b/a's are you doing business with? Is it MTE Financial themselves? Or it is one of their d/b/a's?

jps559, what's amazing is the number of d/b/a's this company uses. They have approximately 20 d/b/a's. They claim not to be associated with each others. That's the "game" they play. They deny, deny, deny and lie, lie, lie. They just keep on amazing me (and I'm sure everyone else!).

I have a plan. Why don't we all send a fax to Oklahoma Dept. of Consumer Credit, Jack Stone, Deputy Administrator. FAX 405-521-6740. I did talk to him back in January regarding USFastcash located in Miami, OK. He had said he was planning on meeting with some lawyers regarding them lending outside of the indian reservation without a license. It's been over 2 months now. I don't think they are doing anything. Maybe if they get bombarded with faxes from us it might get more attention. Just a thought.

Ok so is this a real company ? I had to get a loan through them as well, but the money is not in my acct yet, but they have it coming out on the 18th of this month. Once I could not get a hold of anyone I started freaking. Also have any of you got a loan through them and never got the money, but they took what they said they approved you for ?

MTE is not licensed anywhere to lend. They are highly illegal. If I were you I would try to cancel the loan. They will take and take and take.
