Beware of MTE Financial – it can debit your a/c without authorization



MTE Financial is a payday loan company. Its full name is MTE Financial Refi Debt and is commonly known as MTE Financial Services.

Customers are getting more-and-more annoyed by every passing day due to MTE's different malpractices. Some of the most common types of complaints against them include:
  1. MTE Financial has debited customer's account without authorizing it and never contact them later.
  2. They have debited a single account for multiple numbers of times either through its own name or through different company names, again without authorization.

My account was debited by MTE financial for $140 on 12/1/06 and I never heard of them or authorized this transaction. Please let me know what I can do to stop them again.

MTE financial is an internet payday loan. Do you have a loan with this company? If not, you can dispute the unauthorized debits with your bank.

I believe MTE financial goes by other names, so is it possible that you could have taken out a payday loan from a company using a different name, but MTE Financial could be another name they go by?

Wow, my list came from MTE Financial's listing at bbb.org. I will add them to my list. I am making a list of all the internet payday lenders and address for my state's AG office

Not sure about that one, but MTE Financial and UCL have offices close to each other in OK in the same zip code.

Yes they are one in the same. I know for a fact from the response I got from them through the BBB that they are all the same company.

It says MTE Financial and United Cash loans are the DBA names of Rio Resources. If you are having the debits from one of these companies in your bank statement, you know who the real company is. Thus, you can block them if they are doing the unauthorized debits.

I know the website cash advance payday loan to 1000 is no longer. I had a hard time finding them only to find out they are MTE financial. Call 866-465-5054 and you will be able to speak with a live person. Even the recording doesn't give a company name, it says "thank you for calling customer service".

MTE debited our account to much money, so we went to our bank and put stop payment for unauthorized debit for 6 months!! if they want payment they can e mail me an address ill send them a money order who wants to pay someone whos not honest and cant get a hold of them????

I have had the same thing happen to me except that MTE Financial have debited my account three different times for a total of $375.00 and I have never heard of them or authorized them to make any transactions to my checking account. Can you tell me if there is anythinhg that I can do about this matter?
