I have seven outstanding payday loans and I can't even pay them back. I'm drowning in debt and I feel there is no way out. I have applied to get a personal loan (unsecured) thru banks and have low monthly payments and pay back in 2 to 3 years, so I could pay the payday loans off and I have been denied so many times. I am at a point where I feel like no one wants to help me and I'm ready to give up. My credit is not very good and I even applied for a loan for people that have bad credit and I was denied several times for that. I can't even pay my other bills. I don't know where to turn and I need help. If you have a solution please let me know.

Hi Stacie,
you came to the right place! Most of here have been in some sort of debt trouble or other..And for a lot of us, it was trouble with payday loans!
I see that you just registered with the site. Soon a counselor will call you, and can help you decide if consolidation or settlement would be the way to go for you.

The first thing you can do to begin to rebuild your credit is quit applying for credit, especially if your reasonably certain you will be declined. Every time you apply for credit it lowers your credit score.

Stacie---I am glad you have registered on here and posted your concerns. You have definitely come to the right place, believe me as posted above we have all been there (some still are). Do not feel alone--post your concerns and somebody will always respond. This forum has been a lifesaver for many people (me included).

Did you try this link? It's of Arizona State legislature website. Hope this helps in knowing the licensing of the company in your state.

This forum definately saved my butt when I was up to my ears in payday loans. I have made some good friends here while dealing with this process and other financial messes that I have gotten myself into. The forum was a big help to me this past weekend when I was driving myself crazy. Payday loans are still coming back to bite me in the butt due to the financial strain it has put on my family but we will recover. This forum have given me a lot of hope when I thought there was none. I've learned a lot along the way as well. I continue to learn everyday that I come here. My family is finally taking positive steps for getting out of debt. Clay, I agree that applying for more credit is a bad decision when you are in deep with it. Since I've come here, I entered into debt settlement and I have not used a credit card for months either. I have one for emergencies that I am allowed by my debt settlement company but I haven't had to use it. We've had the cash on hand to be able to take care of things for a change. Not much cash but enough to get by on. Soon, my first debt will be settled and that will be a big relief.

thanks for the address for the website. you guys are really helpful. How long does it take before the phone calls stop once you are signed on with t & c? I have been with then for over a month and I am still getting emails and phone calls.
