I know how tough it is to go through this situation. I myself have been through it. But I will inspire you with positive thoughts. I have been able to take care of my situation slightly and feel that there is light at the end of the tunnel. Don't lose heart from your side. Trust me everything will be fine. At this situation, don't take a new loan for paying off your past debts. You will be increasing your total amount of debts. Besides, loans require some property to be pledged against it. If you default in any of the payments, you might be at the risk of losing your valuables.
Try a consolidation program because this will be suitable at this situation. I too have included my accounts in the plan and making timely payments through it. My program will last till end of the next year and hoping to clear my credit slightly.
