George, this is not CareCredit. You need to contact them directly. Since you co-signed, then they are well w/in their rights to add derogatory information to your reports.

I just received the same care credit notice. It is a line of credit I opened for getting/finincingf some dental work. Maybe you have done something similar. I know it caught me somewhat off guard as well. I also did receive the Care Credit credit card in tha mail a coupl days ago.
