Welcome First take a deep breath!Since you signed up here, someone will be contacting you if you signed up for the free counseling. There may be other options you have not thought of. If your creditors will not work with you, this may be the answer. As far as your mortgage, have you gone in person and talked with someone? I did that once, and it seemed to help, knowing that I wanted to make things right.Usually within 48 hours someone will call you, sometimes I think they also e-mail you with the name of a company you can work with. We are here to support you!...Karen

Chris, be careful when you are shopping for some consolidation company. The payments fixed in the plan are supposed to be lower than what you are paying to your creditors presently. People opt for consolidation because the lower interest rates are lowered down and easy payment plans are fixed. If a consolidation company is not providing you the benefits, look for another company. Take a free quote from the consultants here and you will be able to compare your options.
Regarding your mortgage problems, follow the advice of Bossy in her post. You should contact them in person and know what arrangements can be done.
