I am having problems with cash2day4u.They are telling me that I owe them more payments on my loan.But I only have one problem,I never got any money from them.So,they keep on bothering me.i do not think I should have to pay anything,since I have not receive any money from them.Can you please help me.If you can reach me a the number,just e-mail me.Thank you

Hi.
Ask Cash2day exactly when they think they gave you the loan..They should be able to pull up that info without a problem. Then go to your bank and get statements. You can then prove that no deposit was ever made from them.

I have e-mailed and called them numerous times and they ignore both and keep on sending me e-mails that they are unable to take money out of my account even when I have sent them a letter stating that I revoke the AcH withdraws and a debt validation and a letter stating my state usary laws and so on and so on and I get another one today saying they are unable to get any money out of my checking account well AG here I come I am sick of these people just ignoring every attempt to call and/or sending a letter and not responding.

People have enough problems with loans they actually did take out. Now lenders are making bogus requests for payment on accounts that never existed. This is crap, Send them a certified letter requesting copies of all documentation they have on this loan they say you owe, make sure you get return receipt on the letter also. If they sign for it and don't respond you have proof of your request.
