Internet's first get-out-of-debt community - 123,000 members

I've received several calls from this company. The name of the person that has called me is ean swartz at 1-877-281-2224. I have been threathen by this company to be pciked up at my job. I had to send them 100 by money gram and i did so because i was afraid that the police were going to pick me up. On november 15,2006. I was contacted again by ean swartz because i had agreed to pay the remainder of the loan by money gram on this day. I had to send it my 2:00 p.m. eastern standad time. Due to an emergency i didn't have the money to send i called her back to tell her that i couldn't pay. After speaking with me she put a gentlemen on the phone that told me that i was lying when i said that ean had threathen me. He told me that he was going to make an example out of me and he hung up the phone.

I wish you would have found this site before you sent them money the first time. Please don't send this company another dime. Everything they are saying to you is very illegal. It is illegal for them to threaten anybody with arrest. They are required by law to validate any debt that they are trying to collect on. Several of us have been harrassed by this company.

I encourage you to file a complaint with your attorney general and the FTC. Also file a complaint with the florida attorney general which is where this company is located.
Tell them you know your rights and they will not be a getting another dime from you and trust me they are going to say everything to try to scare you.

I read in one of the posts by Natdust that Bass and Associates is the same as Ellis Crosby. I remember last year when Ellis Crosby was calling everyone and stealing money. If this company has again come back with a different name, people, be alert from these crooks.

Guess what?? I just called the to request my refund and got an automated directory. Press 1 if you are an attorney, and press 2 for management, when you press 2, it says the person @ ext is not available.. When they were calling and harrassing me, and I called back they didn't have that crap. Now, they have that so you leave your complaints on the machine and they don't have to hear you..What a bunch of jerks??
