I,too have a loan with Premier Processing. They have been taking $60 from my checking account for almost a year. I can't get in touch with them either. My bank told me to close that account and open another one. When Premier can't get any more $60 payments, they will then contact me, you can be sure of that! I haven't heard from them yet, but I'm sure I will.

Close your bank account because Premier Processing will continue the debits. You should also ask your bank to dispute the previous debits with the company. The pdl place must verify the charges, or else your bank should revert the charges failing to hear from the company.

they proable wont call you well they shouldnt call you paid WAy over any limit im sure. You should start sending then demand letters for a refunf as well as make a complaint! year for that measly small amount is crazy.
