Are there companies that will consolidate your payday loans? I have fallen into this quicksand and I really need help on finding what would be the best approach to get out of them. I have paid so much and I still can't get out of them.

What companies are you dealing with? Be aware of your state laws and informed of your rights. With this, stand strong in front of the lenders and put up a strong fight. Find out how much money have you sent so far? Maybe, you have already paid your debts and this company is taking more from you. You have to make them work in your terms and get the account closed.

i have 4 payday loans. Untied Cash, 500 fast cash, geneva roth and I forgot the other. I have been paying for at least 6mths and I really agree that I have probably over paid them. I live in Florida.

Ok, do a search on all these loan companies. You'll find a lot of discussions on them. 500 Fast Cash and United Cash loans are the DBA names of Rio Resources. They are scamming a lot of people and doing unauthorized debits. MTE Financial is one more DBA name and this company is ordered to cease business in OK.

Your immediate step is to close your bank account and go through your previous payments on these accounts. You need to have proof that the company is charging excessive amount in interests and fees.
