Welcome to the Community I deleted your email for your safety. From what I can find, this is a Citibank card, perhaps with home depot. Here is a link of someone else with the same thing at http://www.debtconsolidationcare.com...n/thdcbsd.html If it is an error on your credit report, you can dispute the item. You can contact Citibank and ask them what this pertains to, if not.Good Luck!..KAren

I'm also trying to decode this company. I haven't had any luck yet finding out who they are. Can anyone out there help?

I've googled DM Management/HSB as well as Pencader Corp Center but all I've found is these posting from others asking the same question.

DM MANAGEMENT/HSB is actually J. Jill Corp -- a clothing store chain and on-line catalog.

The information I found from out Citibank is that Citibank backs many store account cards: ie J Jill, Home Depot, etc. DM Management HSB is the holding company for the store account card: J Jill, possibly Lands End. That is why it shows up on your credit report and perhaps and credit card statment. I do not know how to contact DM Management/HSD. It appears you did not authorize it but it is associated with a store account that you have. All 3 showed up when I opened a new store account.

This collection agency has bought up alot of citi bank usa credit card accounts, which went out of business in 1999.this is not the same bank as citi Bank.I had an account with Citi Bank USA and I paid it off in 1998. Some how these people got my acct information and they are trying to collect this bill again.Equifax notified me,but they don't have a phone no to call.

my credit report also listed Pencader Corp. Ctr with a $550 charge that I have no idea about. Cant cancel the card because the acct # isn't complete. Write a letter to Citi Bank Credit Beurea Dispute dept.
P.o. box 6241, Sioux Falls, SD
57117 with a copy of credit report name address ssn dob and home ph. # It takes up to 30 days to remove the charge.

Thank-you. Good Luck in trying to get J. Jill to remove this. I was only 30 days, and had been a customer forever. Mistakes happen. My credit has been perfect forever, until now. I no longer shop at a J. Jill store.
