Going through divorce, ran in to problems paying bill due to paying child support.

debt is tough but if you can't support your child you need to get a 2nd job.......you have to remember that a mom w/no father can only work so many hours and provide that right amount of live and support for your child.

You shouldn't have to kill yourself working 2 jobs the courts should make you pay according to what you are worth. The system is fixed to keep you in debt. Get a lawyer. I know that sounds good but you cant afford that if you can pay child support. Do you see the trap. If she can't afford the kids she should give them up. But the system said no ncp you go to jail.
