Well, things were going good at work. I worked full time as a hairstylist at a Penneys salon and they hired 6 stylist and then business started going down. They were taking out my insurance and 401k but I was making around 250-300 after all was deducted. so stupidly in November took out some payday loans 4 to bo exact. Every payday they were taking out totally 200.00. I finally closed out my account and opened another one so I could at least start paying bills and getting caught up on them. I probably owe about 300.00 for all combined because they are only allowed to collect 36.00 in interest here. I only heard from one loan company and that was Interim cash. They called at work and even kept calling back even though they were told by my supervisor not to call. Two weeks ago I left that job and I have not heard from them. Now I am working in a shop and they have not been told where I work at so they will not call me there.

A lot of us here have been in payday loan hell, myself included. I have been payday loan free for a year next month, but last winter I was fighting with 6 of them...One of them interim cash. They are probably going to be your easiest to deal with, they are all bark and absolutely no bite..Trust me on that! Laughing

You will get this all worked out, and it won't take very long at all..The first thing you need to do is come up with a list of all your loans, how much the original loan was for, and what you've paid on them total. Who knows..You may be able to get some marked paid in full.

Missy, Welcome to the forums. Like Fins said we have been there. I am payday loan free also. Interm Cash is one of the England Companys that is being sued by my state. They are going down and fast. Keep us posted on your progress. KYSIDE38

I also was dealing with Interim Cash. They sent me constant e-mails - they didn't contact me at work because my work's phone number had changed between my getting the laon and them trying to contact work. I just kept e-mailing them a copy of the payday template letter I got from Pollyandsay's blog. They eventually stopped contacting me. Good luck.

How do i e-mail these people? i cannot find the address anywhere!! I am fighting them, too. I stopped B&L marketing in their tracks by reporting them to Atty General's office.

Aaron Girshfield(has filed bankruptcy twice), the second is called Ian, both of them have literally made millions screwing needy americans. How do i know this, well I DID ALL THEIR DIRTY WORK, till they burned me for no reason, they must have made atleast 75 million dollars in 2 yrs, all these companies are owned by heathmill multimedia limited also known as heathmillhut limited,cash2day limited and a lot of other names. They run their operations from 1379 highroad, whetstone,N20 9LP,london,england.there r a few hundred people who work there, most of them indian students who r made to work like slaves, their pay is shit, and heathmill knows its illegal for these people to work more than 20 hrs/week but the company still makes them work almost 50 hours,they have another contact centre in wembley london where atlest 20 percent of the people are students whose visas have expired quite a while back but they r still allowed to work cos they make good sales.u wanna stop them find the number for the consumer bureau in london and give all this info to them oh by the way they dont pay taxes as well, they only stop harrasing or settle if threatened by a federal lawsuit or an attorney general,respond to this post and ill tell u their collections tactics

My wife took a $200 pdl in 11/05. They took $1233 from her until 12/06. Then it stopped, until yesterday. They called demanding $3900 or legal action, and eventually threatning bodily harm. All scare tactics that i asure u will not work. However i wonder why they stopped in 12/06. We would have never known until they called yesterday(3/24/0 Cool

. Does anyone know if they sometimes operate under the name North Pinion. This time yesterday i never knew they existed. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Yea, I heard back from them earlier this month. They told me I had to pay around 3500 since I never paid them a dime since I took out that loan. They also gave me a 5:00 deadline or they were going to sue me but he was going to give me a break if I paid that day. They told me they had contacted my former job and they had my new job number and if they didnt get any money that afternoon they would start calling everyone. That has been almost 2 weeks and they have not called anyone.
