Has anyone done busines with Precept Financial in Dallas TX? they look pretty good from all of the information i could find on them. I figured i would check on here if anyone has used them......

What's the deal offered by Precept? I believe you have already researched them with the BBB and your local AG

Precept is a solid company. They were honest and straighforward with our collection agency. However, you need to assess how effective settlement will be for you. Have you contacted at least one other company? If you haven't, I would start there and probably begin with forgetadebt.com
