I owe about $15,000 on a motorcycle that was stolen. They are willing to settle with me but I need the money up front to offer them a percentage of what I owe. I also have about $7,000 on a credit card that is unsecured. Thanks for your help.

Do you presently have a job? It's necessary that you have some source of earning for paying the existing debts and roll your daily expenses. You may include your debts under one payment plan and get the benefits in the consolidation program.
You need to keep yourself present in front of your creditors and explain your situation. Not talking to them will make them feel that you are avoiding the repayments. They might get involved in aggressive collections or even take you to the court. Speak with a debt counselor also if he will handle your creditors and arrange a lower repayment plan.
